The strippable semi-conductive insulation shielding material for high-speed production is suitable for high-speed extrusion process. It can achieve a line speed of 10 meters/minute when the cable cross-section is 500mm², which greatly improves production efficiency. It is recommended to be used with our company's high-speed conductor shielding material HJ0304 to achieve the best synergy of the overall system.
The material design focuses on high-speed extrusion requirements and has excellent melt flow performance and rapid prototyping capabilities. Under the premise of ensuring quality, it supports high-speed operation of the production line and effectively reduces unit production costs. It is an ideal choice for modern large-scale cable production lines.
The adhesion between the material and the insulation layer has been optimized to ensure that the insulation surface will not be damaged during the stripping process, and the stripping is uniform and without residue, which is convenient for on-site construction and maintenance, and is particularly suitable for engineering projects that require rapid assembly.
