High-purity conductive carbon black is evenly dispersed in the conductor shielding material to form a continuous conductive network, which gives it a stable volume resistivity, usually below 100Ω·cm, ensuring that the shielding layer can effectively guide leakage current, avoid electric field concentration, and improve the electrical balance of the insulation system.
The material is made of highly pure raw materials with low impurity content to avoid metal ion contamination; and the formula structure is stable, the conductive filler is firmly combined with the matrix, and it is not easy to migrate to the insulation layer, reducing the risk of insulation failure.
Low-voltage power cable (1kV and below)
Used in low-voltage distribution networks such as industry, residence, and municipal administration to ensure the stable operation of the power supply system.
Medium-voltage power cable (6~35kV)
Widely used in urban power grids, industrial parks, new energy power generation (wind power, photovoltaic) and rail transit systems, it is a key shielding layer material to ensure the reliability of high-power transmission.
Although conductor shielding material is a thin shielding layer in the cable structure, it plays an indispensable role in the overall cable safety, electrical performance and service life.
