Application：

HJ0286 is a thermoplastic shielding compound for Silane cross-linkable overhead cable.It is applicable for warm water crosslinking method, with very good surface smoothness, good fluidity and anti coking extrusion characteristics.This product has excellent conductive property, processability property and mechanical property.

Process Technology：

1、Temperature Setting of Extruder：

Zone	1#	2#	3#	4#	Head	Feeding、Water Cooling、Screw
Temp.	140℃	150℃	155℃	160℃	165℃	65℃

2、It’ s recommended to use stainless steel wire filter (20×40×20).

3、The above temperature setting are the most typical ones. With different extruder devices, it can be adjusted in terms of the practical situation after extrusion in use, combining with melting pressure and current, in order to achieve the best extrusion result.

Packages：

HJ0286 is in pellet form and packed in 25kg bag or 500kg carton box palletized.

Storage：

HJ0286 should be stored under clean, cool, dry and ventilated conditions. Away from moisture and directly sunlight.
